“Will this speaker work good as rear channel ceiling mount speakers in a 5.1 environment. And can it be used as rear and front channel ceiling mount speaker in a 7.1 environment. Will it provide superior sound as a surroundsound and music speaker.”

I have these for my in ceiling rear speakers for a 5.1 setup and they sound great. I think they would also work well in a 7.1 setup.
