• Standard electrical wall box? If you mean an outlet, then I think no. We have a receiver that we run the speakers through.

• The HT-50 satellite speakers should be mounted to the wall, 4-7 feet above the floor. Surround speakers should be placed approximately 2 feet above the listening position. The surrounds should be placed on the walls directly adjacent to the listening position. Another option would be on the wall behind the listening position.
