“Recently bought a new Samsung QLED smart TV that won’t pair with the remote. Says it’s unable to locate device. Any suggestions ? TV paired in the store just not in my house.”

• Return it for the non-Bluetooth version and use a standalone Bluetooth receiver such as the one Rocketfish makes.

• return the speakers and get something different. Klipsch dropped the ball on this speaker set. the bluetooth is trash and the emit white noise and radio signal.
