You may have a faulty subwoofer, I purchased this set and the bass sounds amazing!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also recently purchased a second set (because my old ones got damaged in a house move) and I can only think you must have a faulty subwoofer because this set works just as well as the old ones. Crank them up and they are surprisingly good. Don't forget you've got the separate subwoofer volume control on the speaker with the main volume knob. My setup is directly wired to my iMac but I have also tried connecting via bluetooth (which is the new feature over the old set) and I can't tell any performance difference. Hopefully your warranty will make for an easy replacement if required.
