“i bought this setup last Christmas and.last week it turned on.now my phone cant locate it.so I have no way of connecting to it.so the blue light stays on and I have no sound to my pc I have to use my headphones.”

If the blue light is on then you are connected to Bluetooth. You need to check the settings on your phone.
