“Tried to connect to TCL tv using headphone jack got low volume with buzz. Will it work somehow?”

• I have 2 jacks in my Mac...one for headphones and one for speakers. When I plug my speakers into the wrong one, I get a buzzing sound. There is also a setting in the System Preferences / Sound where you can select which port is used. Hope this helps!

• Headphone jack is powered, so are the speakers. Should work. Try finding the right balance between volume out of TV and volume out of speakers.
