• Im certain they would sound great. I have 4 connected to my Sony STR DN 1080 and 4 including center channel and 2 subs to my Denon X 3800H. Hope this helps.

• As long as the 2 channels that you connect the speakers to on your AVR don't put out more than the rated RMS wattage that the speakers are designed to handle you will be all set. In this case it's 150 watts per channel. My AVR puts out 90 watts / channel. in stereo (2 channel) and they handle it very well
