It is only the 10" that is 50% off on black friday. When you view the black friday ad it specifically shows just the 10" subwoofer. For the value you are getting, I would buy the 10" at 50% on black friday and forego the 12" You will still get a great thump out of this unit and save alot of money in the meantime!!! Rock on!!
