This sub is designed with a amplifier sub woofer input so unfortunately you can't connect it directly to your TV without a receiver and a great one for optimal sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe. It has read and white audio inputs. But you have to check if the tvs speakers still work with audio outputs selected as well. Also does the tv have rca outs? It will send the subwoofer all frequencies though and it is only equipped to handle the low frequencies I'd definetely buy a cheaper sub to try it out. or just buy a cheap avr and two cheap bookshelf speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not Ideal. It is possible that your LG tv has audio out (RCA red and white) to hook it up directly to the tv but you will not get any other sound other than what is sent to the sub if this is the case. the ideal scenario would be using a receiver to make use of stereo or surround outs with the sub out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it will need a receiver with a sub pre out
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No.... Through my receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds like you want to use the LCD TV speakers and supplement the sound by adding a sub to it. I do not think many audiophiles would support your desire but it should technically be possible. Depending on your television. Most TV's have an audio out(RCA, headphone, Optical). You will most likely need to utilize a Y adapter for RCA. Or a DAC, should you choose to use digital optical. Keep in mind you are at the mercy of your televisions audio capabilities, which are not always the best. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not believe so. The sub woofer is set to be connected through a receiver or amplifier on a dedicated channel for a sub woofer. In other configurations you can wire your sub woofer through your speakers but you do not get the same level of performance from the sub woofer. If you have your TV connected to a receiver/amplifier, you can then connect your sub woofer to the TV through the receiver/amplifier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, unless your TV has a sub out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No you cannot hook this directly to a TV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! you can, but depend on your TV out puts connections. It will be better to connect your TV direct to the receivers.
