“I purchased these speakers 2 weeks ago and have noticed a low level humming noise when I turn the speakers on. I have removed all connections, moved the right (powered) speaker to a different location, etc. and the sound is always present. Is this normal?”

• I have determined that it is normal functioning of these speakers...probably nothing to worry about.

• Thanks for your help, Ethan. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I have tried that and, unfortunately, it did not make a difference. I assume it should be left on "Line". Do you hear any low volume hum when you put your ear to the tweater? Thanks.

• Try switching the Line/Phono switch on the back.

• I would try grounding the speakers to the output device. This should help the hum.
