“Do these go good with the 5 1/4 center channel or will they over power the smaller center?”

• No these speakers will not overpower them. They will all blend very nicely together. Also you can tweak the settings probably on your receiver to make the sound louder or softer. Also I would only use a center channel if your a home theater setup, if your just doing a stereo step 2.0, then you will not need one at all it would be pointless.

• They will over power the center speaker. I have to upgrade my center speaker.
