The 12" would definitely be enough, but don't p!ss your neighbors off. If your listening area is small you might consider the 10" woofer as well. The sound is great and costs less. These speakers pair with just about anything, just ensure you're pushing enough wattage if you're going to listen at high volume levels. Currently I'm using a cheap Sony receiver and they sound amazing.

Please try again later.Denon would be ideal for these speakers....try getting the 1000 watt receiver not the 750 as far as the sub goes.....that 12 inch sub is a monster!!! if you live in an apartment....you will have the bass set to low because people above, below, and anywhere around you will feel the power from that bass! i'm not even kidding.
