That should be way more than enough. 90 watt RMS does a great job driving the 28F front towers and RC 62 centers, and matching surrounds.

it would suffice but it will not power them to it's full potential. Try getting the 1000 watt version of the sony receiver

Absolutely, these speakers can handle whatever you can hook up to them and they will sound great. I love these speakers!!!
