“I just bought this sound bar and hooked it up to a brand new Samsung 65 inch UHD tv. I used the hdmi arc ports and it synced up nicely. But the problem I’m having is the sounbar shuts off on its own after about 20 minutes. Why does it keep shutting off?”

Had the same issue turns off after not using it tho and once I had to turn it back on I have to unplug the power and replug it in for it to work. Went to exchange it and the other one I have now works fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same problem. Go to Best Buy and buy the Digital Optical Audio Cord and it will solve the problem. Go from tv to sound bar. No need to hook it up to your satellite receiver. Quality of sound is just as good if not better.
