Try using your remote control.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There isn't actually a button as pictured in the instructions. If you look on the back, you will see a tiny pinhole, use a small paper clip and put it through the hole. You will feel it click and just hold it until the lights comes on and stays on. Then try connecting with the buttons on the bar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a small hole on the back of the sub woofer. you have to have something like a led pencil or paper clip that will fit in this hole to turn on the blue tooth setting then you can pare it with the speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the power cord is plugged in, and turn on the soundbar (a blue light should appear on the subwoofer). The sound coming from the subwoofer can be subtle but the problem could be where you have the unit positioned. Against a corner wall is optimum I believe. Hope this is helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Bluetooth connectable subwofer that is part of the soundbar must be plugged into power outlet correct there is no on-off switch it has to be plugged into AC power outlet and then with Soundbar turn on and connected with television or Bluetooth compatible component it will link then only to the soundbar through its Bluetooth compatibility from the subwoofer to the soundbar
