• Basically, You want to ensure, that your peek is not exceeded and you have a good margin, if the numbers you posted are accurate. I'd say you are perfect. Keep in mind, that the center channel, which primarily handles dialog, will most likely need to be adjusted in your setup +/- db...

• Having receiver RMS higher than the speaker is better. Generally, you match or go higher than speaker RMS.
