It’s possible that your audio recorder is not connecting to your computer for a number of reasons. You can very likely solve the issue by doing this: 1. Make sure to turn "Off" the device before connecting to your computer. 2. Try connecting it to other computer to make sure that it is not a computer compatibility issue. 3. If the device is not connecting with the provided cable, please try using a different cable. 4. Find the device manually by opening a folder and checking for a (D:) drive. 5. If the device is still not connecting, contact Knight Security support for guidance.
