Alternatively, you can use the earbuds by pressing and holding the play/pause button for 20 seconds until the red and blue lights flash, then pressing the fast forward button to confirm and delete all recordings. If you do not press the fast forward button within 10 seconds, the deletion will be canceled. Please note that pressing the reset button will only restore factory settings and will not delete your recordings.
