QuestionThe exclusive steelbook for this sold out at every best buy near me in a day. Is there any chance that they will be restocked sometime in the future?

- Answer I had mine on pre-oder for a couple months and on release day got an email saying it is "Unavailable" at the store which I pre-ordered it, and it did not show stock anywhere within 250 miles. I had no options to change my pickup preference so they emailed saying they were canceling the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best Buy REALLY screwed this one up. They better restock it.

QuestionWhat is going on with preorders? There appears to be no option and not even any local stores? Is it sold out? Is there an error? Seems crazy it wouldn’t be available when every other steelbook coming out, including Star Wars and 1917, have the option.

QuestionWhere will I be able to redeem the digital copy? I have had some Lionsgate movies in the past that were only redeemable through iTunes and need to know if that is the case with this movie. Thanks for your help!

- Answer Sadly, it can only be redeemed in one VOD service of your choice. You go to the website shown in the paper inside the case, and type your code, then you choose which one you would like to redeem it in. Either Google Play, iTunes, Vudu, Fandango Now or Prime Video. Hope that answers your question.
