• You need to use the Joy Cons in order to play this game. Unless you can put the Switch Lite in table top mode and play off the little Switch screen with separate Joy Cons, then I don't see any other way.

• Yes it can, however you need to have spare joy cons in order to play. Just like you would need with ring fit adventure, the just dance series, and fitness boxing. It really wasn't designed for a switch lite. It was designed to be used with a switch in dock mode with the joycons in your hands.
