• No keys. It fits over the deadbolt knob that you already have, and turns it open or closed. You don't have to remove the lock that is already on your door, and you can keep the same keys.

• Yes it comes with regular keys and can be reset to a different key as long as you have the current key, the tool to reset, and new key you are going to reset to.
