A: Yes my touch kye pad stay on all the time what gould i do ?

A: Yes but only to lock and unlock through system. You can not set up codes for lock through security tablet or online.
Q: Can you open this lock remotely from your smartphone?
A: If you have Xfinity home app you can open remotely.
Q: Is there an installation option?
A: If you are replacing an existing lock, you can do this with a Phillips screwdriver. 4 screws total, and up and running in about 5 minutes. Very good tutorial video. Save your money and call someone if you can't figure it out.

Q: is this lock waterproof and if not is there one that is
A: It is not water proof--do not know of one that is
A: The only reason I'm concerned is the in the Specifications it says it is Zigbee and Kwikset sells 2 versions (Z-Wave and Zigbee). I want to make sure it is compatible with my Wink.
