- Answer All the information about the humidifier is in the advertisement under the section called overview and all its specifications are written in there. It says it humidifies up to a 380 square foot room. There is other valuable information about it as well in that section.

- Answer Unit is 2 parts. Remove the top part, the fill is on the bottom so flip upside down to fill.

QuestionI bought this product, filled it up and works great. Now that the water needs to be refilled, I’m have issues twisting the cap off, it’s completely stuck and I’m not sure how to refill it without removing the cap. What do I need to do?

- Answer It sounds like you either put the cap on too tight, or cross threaded it when you put it on. I think you will have to use brute force turning the cap counterclockwise. After filling the tank, take care putting the cap back on - making certain it threads properly when you tighten it clockwise, but not too tight.
