• Yes!.. I do the same thing! I go back and forth between my MacBook Pro 13” Retina and my Lenovo laptop... It works fantastic!..

• No this drive is only formatted for MAC OS. If you bounce between each os system try a Western Digital and make sure it is formatted to exFAT for both PC and OS.
