QuestionI received this lapdesk with no buttons or pleats, and the filling is loose. The one in BestBuy's image shows the bottom is pleated with two buttons at the center, which is what I was expecting. Was I sent the wrong thing?

- Answer I think it is a 14 inches. That was all they had at Besy Buy.
