Consider yourself lucky. I'll never buy a digital product from Best Buy again, could not get the download to work, no help from customer rep, I won't call it support. Install the software on both computers, and follow the instructions.

You install the software on each computer and both need to be on the same network. On the computer you are transferring from is a guide that will step you through the transfer.

download the program, install in on both machines. on the new machine enter the code. start the new machine first then start the old machine, it will not need a code. and start they should find each other
