• Consider yourself lucky. I'll never buy a digital product from Best Buy again, could not get the download to work, no help from customer rep, I won't call it support. Install the software on both computers, and follow the instructions.

• You install the software on each computer and both need to be on the same network. On the computer you are transferring from is a guide that will step you through the transfer.

• download the program, install in on both machines. on the new machine enter the code. start the new machine first then start the old machine, it will not need a code. and start they should find each other
