While not being 100% sure I doubt it. To the best of my knowledge Mover can not tell the difference in legit and infected files.

Please try again later.No. You need to clean the old computer's drive of viruses and malware prior to transfer or you have a good chance of transporting the viruses/malware right on over. If the old computer is infected, hire a pro to clean the drive, or you can buy an external drive enclosure, put the old computer's drive in it and clean it using antivirus installed on the new computer first.
