• Yes, PCmover can be used so long as the target PC has an equal or newer Windows version. The Edition (Home or Pro) would not be a significant factor. Programs that are not compatible with Windows 11 might not transfer. Microsoft Office and other proprietary programs will not. It will tel you how confidant it is about how well it feels a program will transfer without problems.
