• Yes. The program will let you know which programs it is very confident will transfer without a problem, which programs it is not sure of, and programs it knows will not transfer correctly. Microsoft Office will not transfer correctly. It will have to be installed.

• I used PC Move Ultimate to transfer from a Win10 laptop to a Win11 laptop. Worked well, with the exception that Adobe Photoshop CS2 would not activate on the new laptop. This is probably not PC Mover's fault, as I think Adobe's activation servers for this old version are discontinued.
