• According to their web site it does. Just make sure you have enough disk space on your Vista systm to install and operate.

• Yes it will do great. Its the best software for upgrading to a new computer. Everything will transfer including programs, docs and pics, settings, etc.. When your done the new computer looks just like the older one. It's amazing software,
