Q: QuestionOn model CT 22495, I see three heat settings, H1, H2 and H3, which of these is the hottest setting, is it H3? I am impressed with the output of this unit, is H3 the hottest position as I can hear a fan turn on? Thank you great product I will pass the word

- A:Answer We ask that you please try the following troubleshooting. In most cases, the problem is resolved by doing a simple reset of the unit. Please unplug the unit for approximately 15-minutes. Please also try plugging into a different plug in a different room after allowing the item to sit unplugged for the recommended 15-minutes.

Q: QuestionMy tower heater won't heat past 56°. I turned it off for a while then turned back on and reset the temperature setting and it still stays at that temperature. It's the Black ceramic oscillating tower -no remote

Q: QuestionIs there a way to turn off the beeping sound it makes when turning on/off the heater and when adjusting the temperature?

- A:Answer The beeps on the Lasko heaters are way too loud - they could at least tone them down so our ears don't bleed when pressing the buttons. There are youtube videos that show how to disable or cover the speaker inside the heater, though I haven't tried to yet.
