• Yes, but just wipe it off with moist cloth and mild cleaner! Cleans easily

• try using MAGIC ERASER. It gets off black mulch stains.

• I've only had this particular band for about five months but so far, I've had no problem. However, after a hard workout I do wipe the band with a Wet One and then dry if off. I've also found that it really does help to loosen the band while running or a hard workout to minimize the sweat.
