QuestionCan you charge the battery by itself, or does it have to be in the bike to charge? In other words, do I have to bring my whole bike inside to charge it?

- Answer Battery is removable by folding the bike and unlocking the battery. The battery slides out and can be charged without the bike.

- Answer Yes. I went so far as to unbox it in front of my local best buy and cram it in the back of my girlfriend's car. The box is massive but the bike is not when folded up.

- Answer As far as I know the company is discontinuing this model so it is final sale. They are coming out with their newer models, but their customer service is excellent.

- Answer Check all the fasteners to make sure they’re tight and charge the battery I went to lectrics website and downloaded the bike manual
