No, it does NOT come with the fast charger. This e-bike comes with the standard Lectric 3-pin battery charger; but you can buy the fast charger from the Lectric website. Just make sure you pick the model that you have from the accessories section on the Lectric website; so it will only show the options that are compatible with your model. My bike charges in about 6 to 8 hours; but I haven't timed it, it also depends on how low the battery is. Just try not to partial charge it, wait until it's below 30%; imo. It's a lithium-ion battery.

The XP4 model does not come stock with the fast charger.
