I saw that sale also, but consider this: 1. If you buy online, you can't sit on the bike to see if it fits YOUR frame. I was able to do that at the Best Buy store in Annapolis. (see picture) 2. Fenders eventually rattle. 3. I've used suspension seat posts. I replaced them because I didn't like them. 4. The upgraded headlight might be nice, but the one that comes standard does a pretty good job. The rack is the only good idea, but the discount that I received at Best Buy was greater than the price of the rack.
