  • QuestionLectric Bike is currently offering this same bike as a 4th of July special at the same price and include free accessories, a Rear cargo rack, fenders, upgraded headlight, and a suspension seat post. Is Best Buy offering the same deal?

    • Answer I saw that sale also, but consider this: 1. If you buy online, you can't sit on the bike to see if it fits YOUR frame. I was able to do that at the Best Buy store in Annapolis. (see picture) 2. Fenders eventually rattle. 3. I've used suspension seat posts. I replaced them because I didn't like them. 4. The upgraded headlight might be nice, but the one that comes standard does a pretty good job. The rack is the only good idea, but the discount that I received at Best Buy was greater than the price of the rack.

    • Answer Yes, it comes with a solid stand that should kick up by itself should you forget to put it up as you start riding. However, I haven't tried that yet.

    • Answer Hello! To activate the headlight and tail light on your bike, please ensure the bike is turned on and then press and hold the + button for approximately 5 seconds.
