It will when used with the Tesla to J1772 adapter that came with your car (I have tested and it works). Use caution, however, with the outlet you plug this into, as it draws 16A yet a standard outlet (NEMA 5-15) is only rated for 15A and you should de-rate that to only draw 12A max per the NEC when used continuously for hours while charging; you should really only use this unit on a 20A circuit and it should have been equipped by Lectron with a NEMA 5-20 plug, not a 14-50, due to this.
