• A:Answer We don't suggest to use the glass rocks because the fire pit is designed to use lava rock. We can't promise to use glass rocks is safe.

• A:Answer Yes, this item will come in a pretty large flat box. Each piece will need to be assembled. Read the instructions clearly especially when it says to keep certain screws loose. However the instructions are pretty clear and all the pieces are labeled.

• A:Answer Once the propane tank is in, you will turn need to make sure you have the tank open. If you keep the sticker on that's right next to the knob it will tell you to put it on high first to start the flame then you can adjust it.
