You can easily expand the storage yourself.

For example, I bought a 4TB Hard Drive to put in when mine arrives. Lexar NM790 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 2280.

This is because the Lexar NM790 uses less voltage and generates less heat than other similar Hard Drives.

Some have installed a 8TB dual sided version of this drive. Works great. Hope this helps.
