If you're taking anything that plugs into the USB C port then sure but things that require the specific shape or screen size of the lego1 not so much since they do have slightly different shapes.

There are some where users report that the fit isn't optimal, like the Legion Go Docking Hub with the Go 2 (the USB-C cable is the exact length needed for connection), but items like the joystick caps and sling bag work just fine.
