Best Buy is a distributor. Lenovo is the manufacturer. Blame Lenovo.

Please try again later.This has been a horrible experience, pre-ordered legion go Z1e, and basically we have all been left in the dark, I have been charged 2 minimum payments already for the handheld, which I haven't even received! I wrote Lenovo on Instagram both on DM and on posts they share and they never even bother to answer. I'm losing respect for Lenovo as a company that is willing to market a device they can't even properly supply. The automatic cancellation date is June 19th, I contemplate every day just canceling out of principle. This makes me think if I run in to hardware issues with the legion go S that Lenovo will have horrible service and not prompt with response time. Also, no option to pick up from store, and no delivery date to properly plan to be home from work to receive the package, has left this experience feeling disorganized, mess and unacceptable.
