Easy? No. Requires unscrewing several screws then using a plastic electronics pry tool to pop the back cover, Left (LB) and Right(RB) Trigger Buttons, and top strip off to reach two more screws. But once you get the cover off then the swap is as easy as unplugging the battery pack plug>unscrewing the ssd>replacing with a new ssd. YT has many videos showing this.
