What is the RAM speed? null

Likely selectable between 6400MT/s and 7500MT/s just like the original Go since it's using the same Z1 Extreme chip. That said the stupidly same named Legion Go S with a Z2-Go only does 6400MT/s. On the original the RAM really struggled at 7500 unless you were running at higher than sustainable wattage in portable mode making it effectively useless outside of docked.
