• This is NOT a real Atari 2600. It is a Lego set to make an Atari 2600 display. If you want a real Atari 2600 that hooks to a TV to play games you need to buy an actual Atari console.

• Are you asking about atari cartridges? You buy them and use them...just about all software includes a license..
