• Correct. All PS4 games except 11 games will be playable on PS5 and those 11 games are very small indie games.

• We currently do not know if all PS4 games are going to be playable on the PS5. In addition, I don’t think there would be an upgrade or a path to upgrade to the PS5 version with the PS4 disc. The game is set to release sometime in spring 2021 and if you plan on getting the new console I would personally recommend just getting the PS5 version of the game to avoid these uncertainties.
