A:AnswerThey've Technically been up before but have completely sold out. I pre-ordered mine over a year ago. If you still want to pre-order a physical copy you have to cross your fingers for a re-stock.
A:AnswerNot true, StarWars5. If you buy this physical copy of the Deluxe edition, it will include the next-gen upgrade (hence the "Includes Next Gen Upgrade" tag at the top). If you have a Series X with an optical drive, this copy will load the Series X-optimized game. If you have Series S digital only, you will use the included code to download the Series S-optimized game and add it to your library. There is no additional buying or cost. The upgrade is included in the price (at least, for the Deluxe edition... NOT the Standard).
