• Yes, you'll need to purchase your own cables. Standard 8' Insignia cables worked great for me.

• You will need to provide your own cables whether it be HDMI, Optical Audio, Component, AVI, Coax. No cables are included, it is only a product to help run the cables through the wall.

• The WMC701 Flat Screen TV Cord and Cable Power Kit does not include any HDMI cables. You need to supply your own.
