And you have to have unobstructed vertical access inside the wall between the upper and lower ports so you can pull the cables down, so any horizontal lath, cross-members, or fire-breaks will prevent cable access. You will probably have to run your cables on the outside of the wall and conceal them with a cover or paint-matched plastic channel.
