A:Answer Not unless there is about 2” of airspace behind the drywall, between the back of the drywall and the concrete block. And you have to have unobstructed vertical access inside the wall between the upper and lower ports so you can pull the cables down, so any horizontal lath, cross-members, or fire-breaks will prevent cable access. You will probably have to run your cables on the outside of the wall and conceal them with a cover or paint-matched plastic channel.
