- A:Answer Absolutely. Just be careful to examine your mount before you make any holes to see if you need to install the kit above or below it. Some mounts will allow you to install within the mount itself, in other words they have a large enough space to put the mount over the receptacle, just take a close look at it first.

Q: QuestionWill this work if the top and bottom holes are on a diagonal vs. in a straight line? Our TV is mounted above a fireplace so the bottom hole would need to be to the right of the fireplace vs. directly below the top hole.

- A:Answer The CMK70 product was not tested or evaluated to power multiple devices via connection to a plugstrip. As our installation instructions show, this unit is an extension from a wall socket meant to provide power to a Television. All plugstrips are listed to UL 1363 and marked as follows; CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. Do not plug into another relocatable power tap or an extension cord.″

- A:Answer Yes, this is how I am using this installation. The bottom cord from the WireMold plugs into the surge protector and the surge protector plugs into the wall outlet.
