• Try spraying something that cats don't like, such as a citrus smell to keep the kitty away, check with your oxygen supplier as well, for your's and the cats safety.

• Yes it would although it is plastic as well so the cat might chew on it as well. It is durable so it would take awhile before it was chewed through

• I would think so. Unless the oxygen tubes are extra thick. Generally they are no larger than a half inch in diameter. In that case, yes.
